THE THREE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS:
1) All text and logos are converted to Outlines.
2) For spot colours use Pantone Solid Coated colours.
3) Save your file as an editable PDF.
No bleed is necessary, keep content within the template. Large images can be 100PPI at full size or 300PPI at 25%.
No crop marks. Transparencies (or percentages of a colour) should be made with a Pantone number.
Your file can be uploaded at the following address:
https://dropbox.hightail.com/banerect (NB: Do not select "Password Protect File")
Note: We rip the files to print using Adobe Illustrator so that would be a good program to use thus guaranteeing 100% file transfer integrity into PDF format. Sometimes a file converted from Indesign into PDF can cause parts of the content to corrupt.
ENSURE YOUR LOGO IS 'OUTLINED'
Your logo needs to be supplied as an editable file. If you have an image file only, e.g. jpeg, tif, or png, it will pixelate badly when enlarged for printing. Additionally we can't edit the colours for accurate colour matching. Below is an example of a logo sent to us as an image file which we converted into an 'Outlined' format. This took some time to do, so to avoid any re-design costs please supply your logo in it's original native file format which will be either an editable pdf, eps, or ai format.
