Banerect use "Go Fetch" Surveys to ask three questions of customers once they have purchased our products. We do not know the people or the companies that provide responses. The most recent replies as they arrive from the Go Fetch server are shown below in the order received. No replies or words have been altered or deleted nor typos corrected.
What did banerect do really well?

- We requested a certain type of banner not usually stocked and they got it in at a great price. The service was great - always heard back immediately. We also needed banners quickly and the timeline was met with room to spare! We were worried about Banerect being in Wellington whilst we are in Auckland but there were no problems - samples of the banner were even freighted to us as we couldn't view the banners in a showroom.

What are some things banerect could do better?
- nothing really
- Not much space here to write anything. Box appears really small as if you do not want them to comment as opposed to what we did well, which is a huge box.
- Nothing, but if you really, really are fishing for something, maybe a few more examples of your product at the initial meeting could have helped.
- I'd love some templates for your banners, so that I can just download and design over the top of them. They would have the right bleed, colour libraries loaded.. etc.
